A. Yes, The McEvoy Administration is a certified Cisco
System reseller and partner.
Q. What can I expect when I purchase used hardware?
A. Used hardware purchased through The McEvoy
Administration is re-certified to industry standards by certified professionals
and will perform equal to new hardware. Used equipment must pass a 20 point
inspection prior to being sold to our customers. As with many used hardware,
there may be cosmetic scratches, however nothing will affect the performance of
used hardware purchased through The McEvoy Administration.
Q. Why doesn’t The McEvoy Administration list prices next
to all there products online?
A. The McEvoy Administration does not post fixed prices on
there website, because we believe that it is in the customers advantage to give
accurate prices when you are actually looking to purchase. The market value for
used and new equipment changes daily and we give our customers that extra edge
in savings budget dollars by giving accurate prices daily.
Q. I am worried about counterfeit products. Does The McEvoy Administration sell
counterfeit products?
A. The McEvoy Administration has a no-nonsense, zero
tolerance policy regarding products. Counterfeit products are a serious problem
in the network hardware marketplace and needs to stopped immediately.
Q. What is The McEvoy Administration’s return policy?
A. No need to worry here. You have a full no questions
asked 60 day return policy. The McEvoy Administration will accept your returns
for any reason within a 60 day time period. If the return is for a
defective/failed hardware, The McEvoy Administration reserves the right to
replace/exchange it with one of equal or greater value. Returns for any other
reason will be accepted, however you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. The
customer is always responsible for return shipping charges.
Q. What Can I Expect When Purchasing a New/Used Computer?
A. The McEvoy Administration tests all equipment
extensively before making them available for purchase. A large percentage of
computers that are sold from The McEvoy Administration of “Off Lease,” or
“Corporate Refresh” units. These units have been used in a corporate
environment. Most used computers will have “shelf” wear such as minor scratches,
however nothing that will effect the performance of the computer. Our computers
are guaranteed and carry a full 30 day no hassle return policy.
